Why so smug? Why are you celebrating? Whhhhhy are you laughing? Is it because you think you’ve fleeced the American public yet again and you can still sit pretty up there in ol’ DC? That you’ve stabbed President Bush in the back yet again and you can continue bedeviling him? That you think your boy won the debate and you’re sitting fat and happy, licking your chops at all the socialist legislation you’ve been keeping in your desk drawer for a rainy day?
Schadenfreude. Pure and simple. High school antics.
The more people I’ve talked to the last few days, the more I hear of their support for McCain, and their heightened suspision of the media and the Democrats.
