Every self-respecting mob needs a leader, and Inspector Kemp was outstanding in his role. Such organization, such rhetoric, such aim, such sound effects! Our government no longer resembles a thoughtful, deliberate body of legislators and is quickly descending into a silly parody of Young Frankenstein outtakes.
