The corrupt, contemptible 111th Congress thought the Friday before America’s Independence Day long weekend was the perfect day to hammer their constituents yet again. Instead of a budget, they wave their wands, wiggle their noses and “deem” a budget into existence. Kinda like the Witches of Eastwick. My congresscritter, David Scott (whom I believe is a bigger tool than Smitty’s CongressTool) voted YEA. Big Surprise.
